How it works
Learning
Doing
Coaching
TCSS+ empowers transition teams in your school district to strengthen student outcomes over 12 weeks of learning and doing with post-training coaching. All based on best practice and research in ways that are realistic and right-sized for your district and team’s reality.
Designed for your reality, your team
TCSS+ is designed to work within real school contexts. Training is team-based, structured, and supported through coaching for the team facilitator.
Clear timelines, defined expectations, plus ongoing guidance help ensure the progress is realistic for educators and school staff.
Dedicated to your success
TCSS+ is led by researchers and practitioners who have spent their careers at the intersection of special education, transition planning, and educator professional development.
